Exhibition Histories is aimed at providing documentation and creating related digital archives and digital displays of various exhibitions that have given a public life to aspects of the Bleek and Lloyd Collection. Links are created to institutions that have hosted exhibitions and display of Bleek and Lloyd material (like the Origins Centre for instance) but focuses attention on projects convened by the Centre for Curating the Archive and exhibited in the National Gallery and South African Museum. It aims, specifically, at offering a wider resonance for this material using this platform to hint at connections yet to be made.
